I will be happy to lead you through Chinon’s maze of streets and tell you about the anecdotes that shape the medieval city. I’ll show you the troglodytic houses setting on the hillside or the island and its best, the walk along the river Vienne and finish at the Guinguette (open air-restaurant) in summer time. If you desire we can meet at Candes Saint Martin where the river Vienne meets the Loire, with its magnificient collegiate church or even in Richelieu to explore the Royale street, the former indoor maket, the parc…it’s up to you !
